Paris, 14th December 2006
Following an audit by AFAQ, CECA SA, an ARKEMA Group subsidiary, was granted the renewal of its ISO 9001 version 2000 accreditation for a further three years.
This major step is testimony to the Quality policy implemented by CECA since 1994, the date of its initial certification: performance at the service of its customers.
" Preventing all malfunctions through a rigorous control of our procedures as part of our quality management system has enabled CECA to consolidate its continuous improvement initiative " explains Christophe VILLAIN, CECA's Chief Executive Officer. " The renewal of this accreditation confirms CECA's commitment to ranking as a key player in specialty chemicals. "
All procedures were audited, with a particular focus on the head office, the Honfleur plant in Normandy specialising in Molecular Sieve production, the Parentis-Landes plant (Activated Carbon), and the Saint-Bauzile Ardèche plant (Diatomaceous Earth).
